Our 7.5, 8, 10 and 12 metre Vertical Dribble Bar/Band Spreader applicator can be used with a 800m?quick release hose reel. It has a spreadplate option if the slurry is not suitable for the dribble bar/band spreader.

This vertical dribble bar has a unique telescopic hydraulic folding system. It is manufactured light, but very strong. It is suitable for smaller 100-120hP tractors that are available on most common farms.

Our 10/12 metre Dribble Bar/Band Spreader applicator can be used with an 1,000/1,200 metre quick release hose reel. It has a spread plate option if the slurry is not suitable for the dribble bar/band spreader.

Our Dribble Bar/Band Spreader has an unique fold and lifting hinge system on the arms. This allows the arms to be level when in use, but when folded into transport mode the arms retract and lift hydraulically. Our Dribble Bar/Band Spreader also has excellent visibility in cab for rolling up the hoses.

Like all our slurry equipment, it is 100% galvanized.

The specially designed Mastek Drag Hose Trailing Shoe is a galvanised robust unit. The slurry is deposited directly onto the ground underneath the leaves. This technique allows the plants quicker access to the nutrients and avoids contamination of the leaves.

The Mastek Drag Hose Trailing Shoe technology, with active ground pressure of up to 8 Kg per shoe, provides optimal nutrition usage to plants. Reducing leaf contamination also improves the quality of the basic feed and boosts the animals feed intake .Once output is complete, the parted plants come together again, thus minimising evaporation and benefiting residents and the environment alike. This is what we call Eco Friendly fertilising. The active ingredients in the liquid fertiliser are put to better use, which saves enormously on chemical fertilizers.

Using Mastek Super-Cut Macerator technology with our durable rubber shoe distributes the slurry evenly and without blockages. Our top telescopic swing arm assures no damage occurs to the drag hose when turning. This swing arm is designed close to the back of the tractor which prevents pulling the tractor sideways when turning which will minimise field damage

This unique design keeps the centre point of the reel closer to the back of the tractor than any other product on the market. This greatly increases the stability of the tractor, especially in road use.

Because of this unique design, when losing slurry pressure, you only need to hydraulically move the splashplates closer together, unlike other twin splashplates, where you must close off one of the splashplates. Just like all Mastek products, it is galvanized as standard.
